SHE Excellence 21 Elements| Our SHE Excellence Programme, also known as The 21 Elements of SHE Excellence, is based on the principle that sustainable world class performance must be underpinned by world class practices, and that effort and passion must be focused on identifying, sharing and implementing such best practices Best practice standards and guidance is fully documented and regularly upgraded based on benchmarking across our organisation and outside. Self-assessments of compliance with standards and implementation of best practices is conducted every year at each location, and is backed up by external audits.
